Okay, I figure I'll put this one up and get it out of the way because more than likely, other people will share the same enthusiasm for the next character.
Bruce Lee - Yes, maybe I am cliched, but to me his is more than a kung fu master and actor. I think that his reputation extends far beyond his films clutches, as he inspires and motivates me in way that no one else can.
To me, Lee epitomised everything that you can possibly be. His martial arts and physical prowess were to be marvelled at; his ability to smash all preconceptions with a deft one-inch punch. His mere being pushes me forward to be all that I can be.
For these reasons, next week when I go back to uni, I will be playing an excerpt from 'Fist of Fury' in my presentation about "motivation". |

| I only must agree with you, because Bruce Lee was also real hero like Lam Ching Ying.I admire most of hk actors from 70's to 80's and some actors from 90's till i saw baby faced actors-singers who began to play hero roles, but it they don't deserve the name of hero or action star, because most of them are fake.Totally Lee was great actor, martial artist and true man. |

Yay! Did my "motivation" presentation today and made Sifu Lee one of my focuses. Overall, the presentation went well, despite the fact that my team-member dropped out 3 days ago!
But yeah Ekisha, I know what you mean. By no means is Bruce Lee my only role model, but he definitely symbolises a lot to me. In today's age where the photoshopped faces dog the screen it's really hard to find anyone like this anymore.
Although I quite like "The Stuntpeople" who you may or may not have heard of. They are group of independent martial artists that make short movies and features. They bring a lot of passion to their work which is really a great thing to have! |
